Why did we change the name of the store? TOP We loved The Scrapbook Boutique and More so much that we bought it!! But, we really wanted to have a fresh start... a new beginning... and we chose to add a little twist to the name and make it "scrappy'er". The Scrappy Boutique is fresh, fun and new... come check us out! What is your return policy? TOP
All items for return or exchange must be accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase and in the original packaging unopened.
There are no refunds or exchanges on paper, books/magazines, stickers from a roll, diecuts from the diecut center or any package that has been opened. How do I sign up for a class? TOP
Sign up's are done in the store or by phone (407) 856-8070. Payment is due at the time of sign up to reserve your seat. What is the cancellation policy for classes? TOP
If canceled 48 hours prior to the class, the class fee may be refunded or applied to in-store credit. If 48 hours notice is not given, money will not be refunded and you will receive the class kit to make on your own time.
If the store cancels the class, you may choose a full refund or switch your fee to another class. What should I bring to the class? TOP
When you sign up you will be given a class supply list. We also will have it posted on the website.
You should always bring a general "toolbox" of supplies:
- 12 inch Trimmer
- Scissors
- Adhesive (dry and wet)
- Glue Dots
- Pencil/Eraser
- Black Fine Point Marker
