Photographers One Day Workshop
with Karen Russell

This is the workshop that Karen is being asked to teach all over the US because of its popularity and reviews. Its a 9 hour workshop geared at sending you out the door taking better pictures. We will be covering the basics of photography, right along with the more technical aspects of photography including composition, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, the exposure triangle, focus, camera settings, lighting and how Karen shoots. This is a fast-paced, fun class full of information. Be sure to bring your camera, lens(s) and your manual. (And maybe a snack.)
This class is recommended for beginners to intermediate photographers with film or digital SLR cameras. (If you have a point and shoot or an advanced point and shoot style camera, you are still welcome to attend the class, although some of the information during the workshop, may not pertain to your particular camera.)

If you're new to the hobby come join us for a demo/workshop session. We'll go over the standard tools and techniques, how to get started and you will create a 2 page layout.
Please bring around 10 - 12 photos of the same event, person or topic to work with. If you already have adhesives and a paper cutter, bring that as well. And be sure to bring your questions!
We'll send you home with your first two completed scrapbook pages, and the "how to's" to make more!
