How to sign up for a class: Sign up's are done in the store or by phone (407) 856-8070. Payment is due at the time of sign up to reserve your seat.
Class cancellation policy: If canceled 48 hours prior to the class, the class fee may be refunded or applied to in-store credit. If 48 hours notice is not given, money will not be refunded and you will receive the class kit to make on your own time.
If the store cancels the class, you may choose a full refund or switch your fee to another class.
Shipping: All orders will be shipped within two business days. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
We are currently able to ship to U.S.A. (Continental U.S., AK/HI, Protectorates, APO/FPO), Australia, All of Europe, North and South America, Canada.

If you would like to pick up your order in the store (Scrappy Boutique Orlando, FL) please select store picking during checkout. All orders will be available two business days after purchase.
Tax: We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.
Return Policy: We accept returns for new and unopened items up to 14 days from time of purchase. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
